Welcome folks! Usually, we expect an introduction by a person giving a brief idea about how one exactly is, even though it might just be the opposite. Duh! Why always do something that is meant to be or we supposed to? Why not do something we should and feel?! (No! Not at all rebellious!) Though I clearly remember barely following rules as a child. Yeah! You got me there! Honestly! You can say, I am a perfectly average human, with a decent job and a not so extra-ordinary adventurous life. All in all just a girl next door! Who can play well, both being sassy and monotonous when needed. I am a bong by birth and have spent substantial twenty- one years of my life in Uttar-Pradesh and currently in Pune. There is a celebrated French proverb - “PETIT A PETIT, L’OISEAU FAIT SON NID.” which means - Little by little the bird makes its nest. I happen to stick to it. This proverb designates patience and perseverance, which I believe is limited and difficult to keep up within today’s world.
Math Hands on Activity | Book mark or Mathematical Terms Activity
Maths can be made exciting and fun for the students by engaging them in some fun hands-on activities. Like - "Bookmark-creating activity".
The students can create their own version of the same. Here I have made the bookmark of synonyms used for Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division.
The children can create a rectangular shape bookmark that can be decorated as per their wish. They can write all the synonyms or the mathematical terms that are related to the particular sign. Like -
Addition- sum, together, add, more, increase, etc
Subtraction - minus, subtract, fewer, take away, less, etc
Multiplication - product, times, groups of, repeater addition, factors, etc
Division - share, split, divide, group, equal parts, quotient, etc
