Welcome folks! Usually, we expect an introduction by a person giving a brief idea about how one exactly is, even though it might just be the opposite. Duh! Why always do something that is meant to be or we supposed to? Why not do something we should and feel?! (No! Not at all rebellious!) Though I clearly remember barely following rules as a child. Yeah! You got me there! Honestly! You can say, I am a perfectly average human, with a decent job and a not so extra-ordinary adventurous life. All in all just a girl next door! Who can play well, both being sassy and monotonous when needed. I am a bong by birth and have spent substantial twenty- one years of my life in Uttar-Pradesh and currently in Pune. There is a celebrated French proverb - “PETIT A PETIT, L’OISEAU FAIT SON NID.” which means - Little by little the bird makes its nest. I happen to stick to it. This proverb designates patience and perseverance, which I believe is limited and difficult to keep up within today’s world.
Mental Health Tips For Teachers
Teachers are so rooted in the weaving of our cultures that it's convenient to pass them for granted. Teachers must deal with limited support, constantly changing curriculums, and perhaps even dire health situations such as a pandemic while catering to the needs of children, parents, and others, resulting in stress and burnout. With everything they have to juggle, teachers may often neglect their own self-care and mental health needs.
