Welcome folks!  Usually, we expect an introduction by a person giving a brief idea about how one exactly is, even though it might just be the opposite. Duh! Why always do something that is meant to be or we supposed to? Why not do something we should and feel?! (No! Not at all rebellious!) Though I clearly remember barely following rules as a child. Yeah! You got me there! Honestly! You can say, I am a perfectly average human, with a decent job and a not so extra-ordinary adventurous life. All in all just a girl next door! Who can play well, both being sassy and monotonous when needed. I am a bong by birth and have spent substantial twenty- one years of my life in Uttar-Pradesh and currently in Pune. There is a celebrated French proverb - “PETIT A PETIT, L’OISEAU FAIT SON NID.”  which means - Little by little the bird makes its nest. I happen to stick to it. This proverb designates patience and perseverance, which I believe is limited and difficult to keep up within today’s world.

7 Ways to Take Care of Your Hair

Hair is the most noticeable part which enhances the personality as well. Good hair day makes you feel smarter and competent that anyone having a bad hair day.

I am going to share seven ways in which you can avoid hair problems. So let's get started!

1. Using the right product - 
Be it shampoo or conditioner or we talk about oil. You need to choose a product which suits and meets the requirements of your hair. 
Basically, I have dry hair so, I personally use Matrix Opti Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner or Sunsilk Stunning Black Shine Shampoo, these products leave my hair super smooth and shiny.
Applying oil to your scalp and massaging it for at least 15 minutes is really very much significant.  I usually use Parachute Coconut Oil or at times Bajaj almond oil as they both suit my hair type.

2.  Hair wash routine -
Depending on your hair type (dry hair, oily hair, normal hair) you should shampoo minimum two times in a week if you have dry hair, if you have oily scalp you may go for washing your hair on a daily basis, meantime, if you have normal hair you have the flexibility to wash your hair whenever required. 

3. Sleeping with wet hair - 
It might cause a lot of hair fall if you tend to sleep with wet hair. It has a high risk of developing a fungal infection on the scalp as well.

4. Get regular trim -
To avoid split ends and improper growth of the hair getting regular trims helps a lot. It keeps your hair in good condition and maintains a cycle.

5. Use warm, not hot water- 
If we rinse our hair with hot water the essential oils, minerals, and the moisture are taken away leaving the hair dry, frizzy, and dehydrated. Coldwater is preferred as it seals the moisture present in our hair.

6. Proper intake of Protein, Iron, and Vit C and A - 
The proteins are building blocks that help to repair and maintain the hair and also helps in growth. 

7. Avoid using straighteners or any machine - 
Hair straightening, blow-drying, and all the heat treatments have a bad impact on our hair as the excessive heat destroys the hair. Shine is lost and our hair becomes rough and dry.

Hair need for an individual may change naturally over time. Like say for example during pregnancy it is seen the hair texture and growth changes or after menopause, there is hair fall and other problems due to less production of hormones. An individual's hair might differ and so can the products.
