Banana Berry smoothie -

Ingredients -
Frozen banana
Strawberry Greek Yogurt
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Water
3 Ice Cubes
1 mint sprig (optional)
Procedure -
Place the frozen banana, raspberries, Greek Yogurt, almond milk, water, and ice cubes in a blender
Puree the ingredients until creamy and smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with a fresh mint sprig.
Green Goddess Smoothie -

Ingredients -
2 cups packed spinach
¾ cup fresh or frozen mango
¾ cup fresh pineapple
¾ cup grapes
½ cup of orange juice
2 tbsp flax seeds
¾cup water
Procedure -
Beginning with the orange juice and water, put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Use frozen fruit for a thick, icy texture or add water if you like your smoothies thinner.
Mango Madness Protein Smoothie -

Ingredients -
1 Cup Milk - dairy, almond, rice, soy, hemp, coconut
1 Scoop Boomer Nutrition ENERGY Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
1/2 Cup Mango - fresh or frozen
1 Tablespoon Flax, Hemp or Chia seeds (optional)
A handful of ice cubes
Procedure -
Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until smooth. Garnish with a few blueberries and shaved coconut & a sprig of mint if desired. Enjoy immediately.
Pomegranate-Berry Smoothie -

Ingredients -
1/2 cup chilled pomegranate juice
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
Procedure -
In blender, place juice, yogurt, and berries. Cover and blend until pureed.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
Wake me up coffee Smoothie -

Ingredients -
1 banana previously sliced and frozen
½ cup strong brewed coffee 120 mL, chilled
½ cup milk 120 mL, any variety
¼ cup rolled oats 25 g
Optional: a spoonful of nut butter
Procedure -
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach a consistency to your liking. Optionally top with a sprinkle of chocolate and serve immediately.
